font-family: 宋體;">已具備實(shí)施條件，現(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)符合要求的單位參加本項(xiàng)目競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判，具體事項(xiàng)如下：</span><br/></p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">一、項(xiàng)目名稱：</span></strong><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">防洪排澇及邊坡處理項(xiàng)目（一期）清單編制（含預(yù)算控制價(jià)）</span></p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">二、項(xiàng)目概況：</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">該項(xiàng)目一期主要對(duì)綿陽(yáng)科技城新區(qū)進(jìn)行內(nèi)澇整治和邊坡治理，主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括清淤工程、雨污水管建設(shè)工程、土石方工程、綠化工程、擋土墻工程、截水溝、排水溝等工程。</span></p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">三、項(xiàng)目位置：</span></strong><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px"> </span></span></strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">綿陽(yáng)科技城新區(qū)</span></span><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px"> </span></span></strong><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px"> </span></span></strong></p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">四、采取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判方式，在密封報(bào)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行一輪或多輪談判；</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋體;font-size: 16px">五、成交原則：質(zhì)量和服務(wù)均能滿足競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件的實(shí)質(zhì)要求且報(bào)價(jià)最低的原則進(jìn)行確定。</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px"><strong><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">六、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人資格：</span></strong></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">（一）具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">（二）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">（三）具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">（四）參加本次采購(gòu)活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中沒有重大違法違規(guī)記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">（五）法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px">（六）根據(jù)采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目提出的特殊條件：</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style="font-family: 宋體;">7.1、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人及其現(xiàn)任法定代表人不得具有行賄犯罪記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style="font-family: 宋體;">7.2、提供至少一個(gè)房屋建筑類工程量清單編制（含預(yù)算控制價(jià)）服務(wù)業(yè)績(jī)（提供合同復(fù)印件）。</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><strong style="text-indent: 32px;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;">七、獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、方式及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件售價(jià)：</span></strong></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><strong style="text-indent: 32px;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;">（一）獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件的時(shí)間：</span></strong><span style="text-indent: 32px; font-family: 宋體;">2023年4月3日至2023年4月5日上午09:00- 11:30，下午14:00-17:00（北京時(shí)間，法定節(jié)假日除外）。</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><strong style="text-indent: 32px;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;">（二）獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件的地點(diǎn)：</span></strong><span style="text-indent: 32px; font-family: 宋體;">綿陽(yáng)科技城新區(qū)投資控股（集團(tuán)）有限公司招采管理中心。</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><strong style="text-indent: 32px;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;">（三）獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件的費(fèi)用：200元/份</span></strong></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><strong style="text-indent: 32px;"><span style="font-family: 宋體;">（四）獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判文件時(shí)必須提供以下資料：</span></strong></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style="font-family: 宋體; text-indent: 40px;">3.1單位介紹信、法定代表人授權(quán)委托書（原件，被授權(quán)人要求具有唯一性）；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style="font-family: 宋體; text-indent: 40px;">3.2委托人身份證（復(fù)印件加蓋單位公章）；</span></p><p style="margin-left:28px;line-height:29px"><span style="font-family: 宋體; text-indent: 40px;">3.3企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本、資質(zhì)等級(jí)證書副本（復(fù)印件加蓋單位公章）；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 0em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px; font-family: 宋體;">競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人購(gòu)買談判文件時(shí)必須如實(shí)認(rèn)真填寫項(xiàng)目信息競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人信息</span><span style="text-indent: 32px; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 14px;">，</span><span style="text-indent: 32px; font-family: 宋體;">競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人進(jìn)行報(bào)名和參加談判的主體不能改變，談判主體須保持一致；若競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判申請(qǐng)人提供的錯(cuò)誤信</span><span style="font-family: 宋體;
